Refund information during the beta

Paid subscriptions are not yet active in the current private beta. No beta tester should be asked to provide payment through the platform.

Before paid launch

A complete subscription, cancellation and refund policy will be published before payments are enabled. It will describe billing intervals, renewal, cancellation timing, access after cancellation, refund eligibility and the support process.

Avoid unofficial payment requests

Do not send payment to anyone claiming to sell Maple Exam Lab access during the private beta unless the official domain clearly displays the finalized purchase flow and terms.
