This notice describes the current beta platform. It will be reviewed before paid subscriptions are activated and updated when data practices change.

Information used by the platform

Account creation may require a name, email address and protected authentication information. Learning activity can include answers, scores, progress and usage limits. Technical logs may include IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested pages for security and reliability.

Recordings and AI feedback

Shadowing and ordinary practice recordings are designed to remain in the learner’s browser or device unless the learner explicitly submits material to a remote evaluation feature. When AI feedback is requested with consent, the submitted text or speech transcript is processed for an immediate educational response.

  • Do not submit confidential personal information.
  • Browser-stored recordings can be removed by clearing them in the activity or clearing browser data.
  • AI feedback is unofficial and should be reviewed critically.

Service providers and retention

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database and selected AI infrastructure. Data is retained only as needed to operate the beta, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. More precise retention and deletion procedures will be published before paid launch.

Choices

Learners can avoid optional AI evaluation, remove browser-stored recordings and request account help through the beta invitation channel. A formal privacy contact and request process will be published before general availability.
